Gulf Breeze Aerobics and 24-hour Fitness has been in the Gulf Breeze Community over 20 Years. We are the only full-service gym in Gulf Breeze 32561 and we are Now 24 hours.

What sets us apart from other gyms in Northwest Florida is we have new equipment and offer our members a lot of amenities:

I have been teaching my fun and funky Use it or Lose it class here for nearly 13 years. The aerobics studio at GBAF is my Cheers—”Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came.” My goal is to make sure everyone who walks into that studio to exercise feels the same way. All ages (the current range is 23 to 88) and fitness levels are enthusiastically welcomed. Every segment of class is taught with several variations to accommodate all exercisers.
In my class, we go through all the decades of studio exercise in an hour—a kind of aerobics montage, and it’s a hoot. We start out in the ’70s à la Jane Fonda; step it up for the ’80s on the bench; jab, hook, cross and kick for our ’90s throwback; pump it up hip-hop style with a little “krumpin'” and “jerkin'” for the 2000s; and mellow it all out with some good old yoga that’s feeling new again for so many this decade.

Maria Christopher has been involved in the fitness industry for 18 years. She first began instructing fitness classes while attending the University of West Florida and discovered her passion for health and fitness. Maria is a fitness enthusiast who strongly believes in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys running, biking, swimming, strength training, kickboxing, and basically anything that gets your body moving. Maria enjoys motivating people and finds it very rewarding to help people live a better way of life.
Maria graduated from the University of West Florida with a B.S. in Exercise Science. In addition to Maria’s degree, she holds the following certifications: AFAA Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, Les Mills Body Pump Instructor, Mad Dogg Spinning, and CPR/AED with the American Safety and Health Institute.
Diane Roll Ferguson

In 1998, Diane Ferguson began her yoga journey. After 15 years of personal practice, Diane graduated from URU’s inaugural 200 hour teacher training class in 2014. With a full heart, Diane embraces her journey as an instructor, incorporating meditation, guided savasana, readings, oils, and a sense of playfulness in her classes.
Diane is also a Reiki II practitioner, retreat facilitator, Pilates instructor, and Certified Health Trainer.Diane lives in Gulf Breeze with her best friend and husband, Bill, their daughter Carmyn, 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 10 fish.
LenGroup Fitness Instructor/ Pilates
My passion for fitness is relatively young. When I turned 35, I decided I needed to make some serious changes to better my health. This included quitting smoking and seeking a degree in nutrition. With the help of my fitness mentor, I became certified in PiYo. As a PiYo LIVE! Instructor, I believe in motivating and helping others achieve their goals.
I believe everyone is a WIP: Work In Progress, and we are defined by the work we put in to better ourselves, whether it be physically, mentally, or spiritually. I am proud to be a WIP, and excited to share my journey as a PiYo LIVE! Instructor. I love to motivate and help others achieve their goals.

My name is Allison Tarrant and I have been a cycling instructor with Gulf Breeze Aerobics and fitness for approximately 10 years. I am married with two children and work full time in surgical instrumentation sales for Medtronic. Cooking healthy and fitness are what I enjoy doing on the side.

My interests and hobbies include teaching Zumba at GBAF, singing first soprano with the Choral Society of Pensacola and the Woman’s Chamber Chorus; creating ceramic arts and kayak fishing. I am the happy grandmother to 7, yes 7, amazing grandkids who have given new meaning to my life. I currently reside in beautiful Pensacola Beach with my husband Lane, my 2 dogs, Kuma and Roux, and my 2 cats, Jackie Chan and Shazaam.

I have Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology and Masters in Psychology and Counseling. Worked in the medical and mental health fields and then 25 years in pharmaceutical sales. Did my Yoga teacher training at the Shoshoni Yoga Center in Rollinsville, Colorado in 2001 and have been teaching since. Married to Tom Schneider, MD, have one son, Robert Pennington, one daughter, Ellie Schneider and 2 stepchildren, Mark Schneider and Kristy Lamb. Love teaching and going to Yoga classes, rowing, traveling and reading.

I have completed a full comprehensive certification of 450 hours for both equipment and mat Pilates through Pilates Core Training. My mission is to make Pilates accessible for all, regardless of physical ability. It will truly strengthen your body, mind, and spirit!
